Well, my Christmas and new years was amazing! Im not sure where to start, especially since Iv ignored my blog the past couple weeks theres so much catching up to do! This blog has taken me 2 days to write lol… and last night was supposed to be the night I went to bed early and caught up on sleep… but I ended up taking my tree down (yeah I know late) and then going to the gym at 10:00pm – Well Iv been going about 3 weeks now and to be honest, even though Im feeling great I havent noticed any physical changes. UNTIL – yesterday I thought my legs just above my knees were maybe starting to look a little slimmer, it was just something I noticed when getting dressed… but that was a maybe and I wasnt sure if I was really seeing that. Anyway when I woke up this morning I felt different. Like more compact, or tight, or like there was less of me or something. Its awesome… I think Im starting to get results from my work at the gym. Im very happy!
